ProFlush DSS-1 is a dry spacer surfactant that was designed to simultaneously wet formation surfaces and help remove oil based drilling muds as preparation for the next step of the cementing process. DSS-1 disperses quickly into water and does not clump or gel, causing no problems during pumping. ProFlush DSS-1 is a blend of anionic and nonionic surfactants that work as water wetting agents, emulsifiers for oil and dispersants for solids. The product provides strong water wetting for surfaces/formations and does not create a film on those surfaces/formations.
